Hatice Kübra Öz: "Developing memory - facing identity"

Through the lens of tradition and migration, this exhibition captures Azerbaijani students' perspectives on Poznań, weaving together authenticity, identity, and belonging. Each photograph, taken with an analog camera, reflects the slow process of capturing a moment, just as identity and belonging are developed over time. In an age of instant digital images, analog photography reminds us that true connection requires patience. Analog photography inherently contains a state of uncertainty, which is why it is a good medium for defining the state of mind of immigrants.
